I weighed myself before supper, but it still counts.

I’m at 203.4, which counts as 203.  Up two pounds from last week, but still six pounds in five weeks.  I had lots of junk this week: M&Ms, a bagel at church this morning (with cream cheese!), some cheap chicken crackers from a Dollar General store that was going out of business.  Chocolate-covered peanuts.  Some cookies my boss sent me.

Next week, hopefully better.
