I’m back on track!

My weight loss program got derailed a bit, but I’ve got all four tires hooked up, and I’m really hitting the groove.

I started at 209 on December 6, with a goal to lose a pound a week for 30 weeks.  Here’s the short-term forecast:

200 Feb 7
199 Feb 14
198 Feb 21
197 Feb 28

And this morning, I measured myself at 200.2, which means I made it!

It wasn’t easy – I enjoyed the Superbowl party at church (meaning I ate way too much).  Now comes the hardest part – breaking the sound barrier.  “Under two hundred pounds?  Sounds difficult.”
