Instead of reporting on my weight Saturday morning, I’m going to do it based on Friday night’s 195.2, of which I am very proud, thank you very much!

That’s compared to a goal of 197, so I’m staying ahead.  Almost down to the half-way point.

Question – anybody use Twitter?  Why?  (Those are serious questions.  I have seen some people gush over it, but I don’t see the usefulness.  Please advise.)
