It’s all over the interwebs by now, but that won’t stop me from chiming in.

A waitress used her Facebook page to gripe about some bad customers she had.  Not the wisest thing to do in a public forum.  And she called them names.  Double not smart.  And she named her restaurant.


She lost her job over it, which seems harsh, but she also violated a couple HR policies of the restaurant, so it’s justifiable.

Remember, people, don’t make public that which should be kept private.  Work, personal, whatever.  Make that delineation a bright line, not a fuzzy, shifting one.
