Bettie and I were surprised to see a doe and her fawns this late in the season.  Maybe it’s global warming.  That is called out as being the cause for everything else, so maybe . . .

Anyway, the family was munching its way across our lawn

when one of the boys tried to pick a fight with his sister

Interesting behavior, that I’d associate more with springtime hijinks.

A little while later, I caught a youthful behavior that is displayed year-round. This fawn was wandering around after the family left

when he decided he wanted his privacy.

But raising a white tail at me? Me???? I’m offended, young master deer.
