I feel like I’m caught in 1984, where less is more and heavier is lighter.

Weight-wise, I’m staying on track at a pound a month.  At the end of April I should weigh 208, and this morning (my first May AM weighing) I was at 207.8.  I made my goal.

I am up from last month, but I’m still on track.  And I had influences – a week-long trip out of town, eating ice cream.
